I am filling out the Marriage Licence Application.

My fiances is from Chicago.....he will be coming here for us to get married:

Do I put down his Chicago Address in the

PRESENT RESIDENCE AREA.....OR MINE IN ONTARIO

AND IN THE

PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AREA

IT SAYS IF DIFFERENT FROM THE PRESENT RESIDENCE AREA

Do I put Chicago in Present Residence area..

Where is the license from? (What state/province?)

I'm filling out marriage license from Ontario.

I would use his address he currently lives at or will be living at the time the application is submitted.
