Hi

My husband is with me in Canada but he does has an address in U.S.

What happens if by chance our outland app. is denied for whatever reason.

Will they still extend his stay until appeal is complete or do they send him back.

Just wondering because I am so apprehensive regarding all the questions on the app although we are filling it out with all the best information that we can remember.

If the application was refused, CIC would probably not extend his status.
