My "boyfriend" is filing an Outland application for PR. He is currently in Canada on a work permit (has been for over a year) so he doesn't have an American address currently. We have been living together for just over a year so I am sponsoring him as my common law spouse. Can he just use our Canadian address on the formsfor both residence and mailing address? The only address he has in the States is a PO Box office.

Since he has been admitted to Canada to work, he can use his Canadian address as where he "lives" and that will still put his outland application through Buffalo. So yes, I believe he can use his Canadian address for both where he lives and for mailing.
