Hi

Do you need to wait for immigration to mail you your PR. card before you can apply for OHIP AND SIN #. or can you apply with just your landing paperwork.

In Quebec you need your card to get HIP, but for SIN# landing paperwork was fine.
Your best bet is really to call the office because sometimes theres special forms you have to fill out and they have to mail theses forms to you.

In Ontario you can apply with your landing paperwork - specifically the COPR.
