I sent my skilled worker PR application on Nov 26 2008 and got an acknowledgment letter with a bar code stamp containing a hand written date March 25 2009. The mail also included a computer receipt for the fees with the same file id dated Jan 13 2009.

From a processing standpoint, is my AOR Jan 13 2009 or March 25 2009?
