On the payer receipt printed for the app to extend my hubbys visit, I paid with my CC online and then printed 2 copies and an extra copy and put his name and address in the blanks which was submitted with app! Ohhhh crap!!

I realize from reading other folks threads that I should have put my info in the blanks on the payer information receipt.

No one has phoned from Vegreville or emailed us since they receive his app on September 6th.

Should it matter? I mean .... it got paid so I do not think they care. I did print an extra one for my file and I have it in pdf in my email.

For an extension app there's no problems.
Just know that if they have to send a refund, they will make it in your husband's name, that's all.
