Request for reason. I assume I put "fingerprints for immigration purposes".

I just put "Canadian Immigration" .. seemed to work okay

I went to Staples last night and got 8 1/2 X 11 card stock paper.

Do not go to the "paper" aisle. Go to the counter where they do printing orders for customers. Ask for white 8 1/2 X 11 "card stock" paper. I paid 5 cents each for 5 sheets. Beats buying a whole package.

I printed the FBI fingerprint card (2 of them, 1 as a back up for fingerprinting) and the instruction card. Worked out beautifully on my laserjet printer.
