Can someone please help with questions below:

My gf (American) & I are planning to get married in U.S April 2010 then fill outland.
She is visiting me here in Canada right now & leaving mid July 2009.
Is it ok to have her get her medical exam done by July before she goes home? Will this run a risk of her med. exam will expired by April or May 2010 which when we submit the app.?

She can go to any DMP as long as DMP is authorized for doing immigration med. exams, whether DMP is in U.S or Canada, right? (how do I find out which dr. is authorized?)

I suppose she should wait til closer or after we get married. But she is wanting to get it done before she goes home, just in case she can't come back here in Canada to do the exam right before we get married. Plus, she doesn't live near any DMP in her town-that is why she wants to do it here now.

Thanks.
exam is good for one year.
It must be valid for the Visa to be issued if it expires during the processing she will have to do it again and it may cause a delay

you can find an approved doctor there.
If you aren't planning on filing until April 2010 - there is no point in getting the medical done now, it will just have to be repeated.
