Hi All,

Finally got passport request today!

Does anyone know if my husband is allowed to deliver my passport to the Embassy for visa issuance? He is planning on dropping the passport off next Thursday and we will both pick up the passport a week later. Seattle no longer does same day visa issuance.

I have implied visitor status and do not want to leave Canada as I might be refused entry at the border.

Depends on what your letter said, but I think that Seattle no longer does drop off. You can Xpress post it & include a return envelope.
