Hello,

For the application (inland and/or outland) Do we submit the Marriage Certificate: Which contains basic information, such as names, date and place of marriage. OR the Certified Copy of Statement of Marriage (Long form): Which contains all information registered on the statement of marriage including signatures.

Secondly, how important does an IO weight the "Did the marriage ceremony conform to the beliefs and culture of the participants?" statement?

I'm a non-practicing Roman Catholic but under religious denomination on the marriage statement I put down Roman Catholic and my spouse is nothing. We are going to have a civil marriage so it doesn't really conform with my stated "beliefs"

1. Marriage Certificate is fine.
2. Not much weight in your case. For example, practicing Sikhs in India, marrying under the Christian marriage act. Muslims not having a Nikah would result in further questions.
