How long typically does the process take once the paperwork is sent in?

USCA, yes you have to be married to file if you are doing a spousal sponsorship. It typically takes 30 days for Mississauga to approve sponsorship, after it gets forwarded to Buffalo it's approximately 4-10 months for Buffalo to process and approve PR.
