Hi there,Do the processing times start from when you send the application in to Missisauga or the time the application is received at the Visa Office (Buffalo)?Our file was rec'd in Buffalo January 2009 and BF'd to June 1 2009 and we have yet to hear anything...Thanks for your help.

The processing time posted there are from when the office receives your application. It doesn't include the processing time in Mississauga, that is counted separately.
So for Buffalo in your case, the processing time would be 4-9 months since January 2009.
