It's been a little over a month since I sent out my passport. I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get it back in the mail with the visa? Probably no reason to worry, just getting anxious and wanted to know.

i think we started our processes about the same time... how long did it take in buffalo before they sent you your PPR??

They sent me my PPR about 2 1/2 months after I sent my paperwork in. Which was way faster than I expected! Definately a pleasant surprise. Lol, yeah, you're probably right....i'm sure i'll be getting it soon. The waiting is so frustrating!!

That's quite a long wait to get your passport back! I believe I got mine back in ten days when mine was sent in.

However, I used an immigration attorney and his office sent it out. I was anxious since I was leaving for a trip to the UK in a month and wouldn't be going anywhere without my passport. Knowing that, they may have put a note in asking them to expedite it.

I would check into it. It took them 15 business days to get my passport back to me once they received it. It even says on the paperwork they send you that it should only take approximately 15 business days to process. Did you send them a post paid return express mail envelope so you can tack it?

Yeah, I did. But I don't have a tracking number for the return package. Ugh. I'm really worried now. It's been over 15 days and still nothing. I don't know what I should do.

Is it possible it was sent to your U.S. address?
