Just a couple hours until the polls close. Any guesses as to how it will turn out?

I say Conservative majority

I will say Conservatives 152, NDP 35, Bloc 58 and the Liberals 63

If I am right, every poll is wrong!

Ok, more specifically, I will say:

Conservatives - 156
NDP - 33
Bloc - 59
Liberals - 60

I think Liberal support in Ontario will be less than predicted :D

just heard something great.

no matter the outcome... tomorrow morning will come without one shot being fired and we can be certain, without any doubt, that we will get another chance to do this in 5 years or less.

that is worth more than anything I can imagine.

Martin has just announced he will step down as leader of the liberal party.

Conservatives have won the right to govern but it is in a serious minority position. it will not be a fun ride. for sure, those who have been loathing a conservative win can sleep easy. for those who wanted a clear winner so Canada can get on with business- this is not a great night. we will likely be back to the polls in the next 24 months.
