Finally Finally, got my IA.----Interview Waiver and Additonal Docs requested.
Letter dated March 15th
Additonal Documents Requested:
Police clearance from FBI and India for you and your spouse.
Proof of current employment in the form of W2 or T4 Income Statements and pay stubs, Copy of the pay stubs - tax documents.
(Didn't ask for Bank Statement ? ---do I have to send one? )
Medicals are to be completed within next 60 days.
Timeline:
Applied: Nov'04
AOR: March 2nd '05
IELTS req: Dec 2nd '05
IELTS sent: Feb 2nd'05
IA( additonal docs+ interview waiver): March 20th '05 (dated March 15th)
Thanks for all ur support.
I have to wait for 40 days to do my medicals, my husband is leaving to India today( he is at airport) and will come exactly on 40th day.

u have called up ur lawyer , and try to fax or email the CIC and lets wait n see how responsible they are , as u are already compelted sending all the docus for the spouse ..
