they didn't ask me to update my employment, however, because I changed employer and work permit. I fax and mail new offer letter and work permit to Buffalo. It's not harm to get them inform than get nailed because we are being dummy

They asked me again about what has changed when we got IA. You can't ignore it. I sent another letter from my department (I am at the university) stating about the same things.
