I've noticed from people's timelines here that "medical results received" often shows in e-CAS when the PR application starts processing. The processing for my application started on Sep. 25, and I can see it in e-CAS, but there's nothing about medical results. Should I be concerned, or does that sometimes just not get updated? I took my medical exam in mid-July.

Don't worry about it - sometimes it says it at the beginning, sometimes at the end, sometimes in the middle - sometimes not at all (consistent eh? :) )
Unless they specifically ask you for meds that you've already done - go on the assumption they have them.

Exactly the same for me. Buffalo got my paperwork on September 28, and all I see in eCAS is "In Process". May as well assume they have them until you hear otherwise.
