Here is my timeline.
mailed complete application with everything on aug 1.
letter that sponsorship was approved sent on aug 31.
file transfered to buffalo on aug 31.
file recieved in buffalo and processing started on sept 17.
recieved email that file was transfered to new york on sept 30.
no word since then.
complete application included the medical exam and both state and federal clearance.
Keeping my fingers crossed for a quick answer.
