The Sponsor file just mailed today however I forget to include the document checklist and supplementary info , your travel form (IMM5562). What is the best way to send them to Immigration Canada?

you have to wait till they send your incomplete application back to your mailing address then you need to re-submit it with all the missing forms.
I called CIC when I forgot to include one of the background checks, and they told me to just send it in, and include a note saying when I sent it, when it was received and who received it and all other information, but I had to make sure I was sending it to the same office I sent my original package to. I haven't heard from them yet, so I hope it worked.

just to give you little info about cic call center most of the time those agents doesnt give 100% accurate answer. I had a very bad experience from one of the agent. Seek advise from seniors or admin from this forum. they can give you more accurate info than cic call center agents.
