Hello guys,

Nov, 2005 my medical took place. Jan, 2006 got PPR call. I thought to update my spouse and child and send them letter abt update. I know I informed them late. But anywaz seattle consulate send me letter asking to send few doc. n application fee & said once receive those will send medical form ??

My Q is if the get medical done in next couple of months. Till when is there medical valied ? 1 yr from the date they take medical or nov, 2006???

Also if i'm not planing to take them with me immedately but may be end of next yr. do they still need to take medical ????

1. Yes they have to take the medical.
2. There COPR (visa) will have the same validity as yours 1 year from Nov/05.

But if they are not acompanying with me to canada ???? How does it work later ???

Then you will have to sponsor them.

Sponsoring is easy or getting them landed and return them to home country and when I'm set with job ask them to join would be better option ???

Also when I sponsor do they need to take medican again ? Any more feees ?
