Belated birthday present!! (My birthday was on the 15th)

As soon as I opened the door and saw that flat, brown envelope lying there I knew it was from the consulate.

Timeline:
Applied Sept 19, 2005 to Buffalo. (My citizenship is with the States)
Received AOR Oct 7, 2005
Received my refund on the landing fee automatically (I paid in advance, did not ask for a refund) Aug 2, 2006
Received IA in the mail today (date on paper is Sept 11, 2006)
(file not transferred)
No interview.
Beyond the medical results, I have to supply an update on my bank account and show proof of my last job and this job. At the time of my application, I explained that I couldn't get proof of my current job because doing so would put me at a risk of losing my job. I have since been at a new firm and should be able to supply everything the consulate needs.

I'll update once I get a request for passport. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Good luck to those of you who are still waiting on some part of their application!!!
