How many pictures is too many or how many are they looking for. We have printed up a couple pictures from each visit during our relationship and then around 20 from the wedding. Total though we have around 150 pictures. Do you write the dates and where the picture was taken on the back? We also have all our flight records and some emails (again--how many are they looking for?) We do not have phone records because we use Skype--I can't see that being a problem though --?? I'd rather do more than less but what is "more" ? Thanks for help!!
Quality over quantity. I suggest including a few pictures to support every trip you've documented in your spousal questionnaire form and, of course, pics of the wedding. Yes, label the pics - we actually printed 6-9 per page on regular printer paper (in black and white) and wrote in the margins - using them to prove every visit. You should also provide ALL flight records to substantiate travel to spend time together. Emails - again, submit what it takes to demonstrate a history of
continued contact . . . but you don't have to submit three per day if that's what you were sending back and forth, you know? Explain the lack of phone records as being because you used Skype - don't just let them assume you never talked on the phone. We didn't submit phone records from every month because, for a long time, we used phone cards pretty exclusively - we only had a few calls that showed up on cellphone bills. I didn't even have a long-distance plan on my phone for a really long time, but during the last few months that we were apart I found a long distance plan that allowed me to call Canada anytime, unlimited minutes, for only $6.95/mo. In one month we talked for over 3000 minutes -
that phone bill we definitely submitted!!

Thanks. What plan did you have. I'd love to have that for my family!
It's been awhile now - that was back in 2004 in California and SBCGlobal was the phone provider . . . they eventually merged with AT&T (again), so I don't know what happened to that plan. But we have a similar one now, here in Ontario through Bell (Rogers has it, too) for unlimited minutes to the US and Canada for $19.99. I'd expect that you could find something comparable in the States - I'd do a search on your local provider's website for international long distance plans.
