Hi there,

Anyone have any ideas about when the quotas might fill up this year? I'm a SW applicant from the US, applied to Buffalo 8/2005, IA 8/2006, and just got all my requested docs and medicals done. The docs reached Buffalo and the meds reached Ottawa both on yesterday. Now I'm worried that by the time they get around to issuing my visas, the quotas for this year will be filled and I'll have to wait 'til next year. Anyone have any ideas on this?

I doubt it. Buffalo is moving really fast right now, and from what I'm gathering on other forums, it isn't slowing down. I'd bet you can expect to see your PPR in a few weeks. That seems to be the general timeline right now.

yep, you never know?!! it happened exactly similiar time as last year, I will say worst comes with the worst we all have to wait until feb---march 2007 for PPR

Well, at least your cases seem to be moving now. I'm waiting for my interview date since last january and they haven't said anything yet. It's been two years since I applied and nothing has really happened. Good luck to all of you, especially DB
