Thanks - it WAS quick! I was prepared for the worst. Fortunately we didn't have a very complicated case so I'm sure that helped a lot. Got my passport back in the mail yesterday, so we'll cross over into NY state sometime in the next few weeks to land :)

4/17/2010 - LANDED!! Crossed at Peace Bridge and totally irritated the officer at the immigration desk because the last letter of my last name touched the green box. Not really a great way to introduce myself :P OOPS.

Yeah, mine was close to touching the green box, but was fine in the end. Mine wasn't the best experience either, but long as I landed I don't care! Grats! :)

haha - yup.
When I signed above - the IO said that was a practice to make sure I was within the green box. Said if I screwed it up I'd have to start all over again
