Hi,
Received COPR with a minor error.
The verbiage from Buffallo indicates:
"If you detect an error in the name, date of birth or citizenship on your immigrant visa or the visa of any of your accompanying dependents you must return all the documents for correction before you proceed to Canada. You must send the documents for the whole family including the passports."
I understand this part. What is not explicit: Errors in other parts of the COPR such as LIne15:
"Full, name, address, and relationship of person willing to assist"
The name of the person willing to assist is correct. However, the "relationship" of the person is listed as "Husband" when it should be listed as "Wife"
Does this type of error on the COPR needs to be corrected?
This is where the instructions from Bufallo are not clear.
I did email them notifying the specific error and just received their form
response as noted above.
Common sense tells me to return it. I just need expert confirmation.
Thank you.
