I hope someone can help me, Los Angeles said they recieved my passaport and such, but they did not find the height and color documentation I sent with it, and they needed it to finalize everything, so I faxed it over and even emailed it to them, I have emailed to ask if they have gotten it, and no one lets me know, and Im wanting to know if they got it and if I will have mine and my daughter passaport back in time for our trip, we are suppose to leave out on dec 30th, and no one responds back, I tried calling them but cant get thru, what can I do, or who can I call to find out? it's so frustrating, dont know if I need to change my ticket, and change my vacation or what to do

So frustrating.
Try faxing them, requesting a telephone call or at least a return fax or email.

The other possibility is to have your spouse contact their MP - they "may" be able to get you a quick answer

I finally got an email from them yesterday, they said they sent documents/visa certifed mail to me on dec 15th, whew so I can calm down
