why for clarifying some info its taking so long time, pls advice for
case.
breaking up 2 months after marriage will throw red flags up to anyone, especially cic, in their eyes it will look suspicious and yes the 1st marriage may have been 100% genuine but even cic has a job to do and one of those jobs when anything throws up a red flag is to investigate, unfortunately you will have to go by their timelines and just wait.there is nothing you can do i'm afraid until they have done with their investigation
Yes, I would order your CAIPS. It sounds as though you were sponsored to Canada by your first wife - and the marriage broke up 2 months after you came to Canada. Is that what happened?

hi,yes that exactly happened i came to canada and due to differences
between us i seprated from her she told me that she wants to marry somebody else when i and her family members protested
it she laid charges on me and her family.but absolutely released by court as
not guilty.i have police file in which she gave statement to police that how and when she married and now why she wants to
take divorce from me.i have seen my foss notes in which cic has checked with police and cbsa for any more charges and gave
copy of it to visa office, everything is clear in court and police file ,still i am harrased for it without my fault.iam from india and
married canadian citizen how i can judge from there her intention while she is in canada.when somebody complain for that it is said we should be able to judge intention of our spouse, but eg some times our elected represestatives change their parties in whom millions of people have confidence they are not able to know intention of person how can we ?.lot of brides and bridegrooms run from
airports leaving their sponsors sorry to say but true mostly E indians, but in my case my sponsor runs away and iam facing trouble for sponsoring second marriage spouse and my sponsor is living comfortably with boyfreind in montreal.
Certainly, though, you understand where CIC is coming from. You yourself say, "lots of brides and bridegrooms run from airports leaving their sponsors sorry", and, unfortunately, because immigration frauds of all types exist, your case comes under suspicion. I wouldn't say you are being "harassed" - CIC has a job to do, and they're going to do it. They cannot just look at the circumstances of your previous marriage and ignore what appears without checking it out. We're all subjected to scrutiny of some sort during this process.
All you can do is be patient - I know it's hard. But, in the end, the Truth wins out and your wife will be here. I am in a similar situation for a different reason - I have a dependent son who doesn't want to come to Canada, but he has to be included on my application anyway. And he, being only 18 and not very smart (to put it nicely), got himself into some trouble with the law at home. And now, because of it, my daughter and I have been waiting for 9 months - with no end in sight yet - for our PR application to be approved. Do I sometimes feel like I'm being punished for my son's mistake? Absolutely!! Is it fair? Probably not. But the way the process works in my case - CIC has to make a determination about whether my son is inadmissible to Canada because of his trouble before they can approve my application. And so we wait, too - not knowing when a decision will come. But in the end it will all work out the way it's supposed to.
