Hi, i am new member. i sponsered my husband who is in Sri Lanka. he lived in Uk almost 8 years.He does not have PR and he withdrew his case , then he went to Sri Lanka and i got married him.i sponserd him in 2006 july and We submitted uk police certificate, he finished his interview 2007 May .then the high commission ask him to submit Refugee document from home office with in 60 days. We submitted in 30days . then the High Commission send letter in July to do remedical and update the clearence. we did all july 2007, in September 2007 they contacted my spouse through phone and asked document (regarding refugee statment).we submitted next day. still we did not receive any letter from the high commission.When my husband asked them, they said pending background review by the visa officer. I cotacted MP,when MP asked they said background review by the visa officer and his medical is valid until 2007 July .Please give me adivse about my case.I am so sad.is there is any good sign.
