That depends on which class you are applying under. If you are being sponsored under the family class, then no, it's not a problem.
If you are applying as an independent migrant (e.g. skilled worker, investor) then that will depend on the DMP's assessment of your exact condition. In this case, if it is determined that you will cause an excessive demand on Canadian health services, then you could be found inadmissible.
