HI, i submited an application for extend my stay in canada my visa expires on feb 24th but the CIC web page show that the process time is taking 68 days, so what can i do if my visa expires before the extension is process. Am i becoming ilegal?
I was reading i should attach a bank statement, but in the application never mention it, is these going to be a problem for me?
Since you submitted the extension application before your current status expires, you have what is called "implied status" from the day your current status ends until the day they make a decision on your extension application. This means you can stay in Canada until they make a decision.

You should have included proof that you have the means to support yourself for the duration of your requested stay in Canada. If you didn't include this there is a possibility the application could be denied. However, there isn't much you can do now as I don't think it's possible to send in additional info for a TR extension, as they basically open them and process them the same way. Hopefully you included some indication that you can support yourself, even if you didn't have an actual bank statement.
