Road To Canada Forums - Where to send application and fee

I am a Canadian Citizen living in the US. I am applying to sponsor my wife who lives with me here in the US. We have two kids who are dual US and Canadian citizens.

I have completed all the forms and prepared additional documents. I have two questions:

1) Where do I send the application? I am thinking Buffalo Visa Office. Is this correct?

2) How do I pay the fees? The web sites are confusing. One says, send fees to Buffalo and the other says Case Processing Centre in Mississauga. Which of these is correct? I believe I cannot pay online (since this is an outland application). Do I make a Money Order then?

1. No, the sponsorship and the application are sent to Mississauga, if the sponsorship is approved then , Mississauga forwards the application to Buffalo.
2. You can pay on-line as the application and sponsorship are going to Mississauga.
