Hello, I got an email today for the passport request. In the email it says something about pictures, I follow the link and it gives measurements for a VISA. My main question is, what are these photos for exactly?

There was some confusion between the pages I printed and the PR card pictures. As the sizes are different

The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).

The PR one linked above

measure between 25 mm and 30 mm (1″ and 1 1/5″) from chin to crown;

So is the email wrong?
