Goodday guys,

a friend is applying for a BUNAC work permit and he has a child born in a foreign country(USA) and he has no custody, should he name the child on the application form and say non- accompaning??

Yes, he has to list his family (spouse, common-law partner, or children) whether or not they are accompanying.
