Just wondering if any of you have heard about this-

What if a Canadian (Quebec resident) is sponsoring a U.S. citizen via outland and wishes to move within Canada say Vancouver during the process... could this be hazardous/delay the entire process?

I know that Quebec has some extra steps for the visa, so i'm sure something would have to change.

Thanks!
There's no reason the sponsor cannot move somewhere else in Canada during processing - you'd just need to notify CIC of your new address. If you moved out of Quebec, then the additional Quebec requirements would no longer be necessary - but none of this should delay processing.
