1. This is referring to Question # 9. a)
We have a problem with the previous spouse. She is not cooperating and may jeopardize the application. Though we know her address, can we just give a different address?
2. Question # 9. b)
Can we just give his parent address? If the embassy would send a correspondence regarding medical, we would know and the kids can go for this.

Any advise is very much appreciated. Thanks.
Can you elaborate? In what way is the ex not cooperating? It sounds like the ex has custody of the children and is not cooperating in getting a medical done - but you say, "if the embassy would send a correspondence regarding medical, we would know and the kids can go for this". IF that's the case, why aren't you just getting a medical done - because the embassy WILL send a correspondence about the medical . . . so why involve the ex at all and give her the power to jeapordize the application in the first place? I'm not sure I understand.
