Im recently working in saudi arabia.i came from Philippines.Im planning to apply to work in canada?
My questions are:
1.How to apply?I read on the internet that only residents of saudi arabia can only apply which i am not.im only here about a year working.Is it possible for me to apply?
2.Which is faster processing independent immigrant or working visa?
3.Do they require IELTs?
