ON the Imm0008 form question 9 where it asks had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?

Should I just list all the reasons I am on disability. I have been working with my naturopath for the past 8 years to get my health back and I am nearly ready to get off of it so at this time I do not have any serious things but I am still on disability as I am still working through the last of it. I suffer Post Traumatic Stress but also had fibromyalgia and other things from adrenal burnout and so forth. Should I just tell them the whole process to get here or answer no but when they see that i am on disability they will wonder why.

Also on the medical list of things to bring to your exam it says bring previous medical records and treatments so what is it I will need to bring. I am currently only taking one chinese medicine and I receive accupuncture and counseling so there aren't any medical records other than a breast exam or female check up. What are they wanting me to bring with me?

Thanks so much!!!
Shawn
I'm assuming you're a spouse/common-law applicant.

I didn't take any previous medical records with me and it didn't matter. You'll have an interview with the DMP - you can tell him you have fibro, etc., and that you're using alternative medicines/treatments for it. The thing to remember is that spousal applicants are excessive medical demand exempt so your conditions (and the fact that you are on disability) are not detrimental to your being approved for PR. The IMM0008 is a 'generic' form that is used in other classes of applications where medical conditions can make an applicant inadmissible. So, it's okay to answer the questions honestly - just know that as a spousal applicant, they are - essentially - irrelevant to your case.
Thanks so much!!! I ALWAYS appreciate your help so much!!! ;)

Yes I am married to my husband who is the Canadian sponsor and even knowing I am exempt I still feel scared. :) LOL I think the border crossings have created this in me. :) LOL 2 years of crossing and my second visit up there it was a nightmare and I got sent back to get proof of ties to the US and was in tears.

That was another question I had was on that same question 9 it asks if I have ever been denied entrance into Canada and I was so that scares me too. I don't want anything to hold up our application. I am choosing a speedy process. ;) I did go home and get my mortgage papers and utility bills and was allowed in. Do you think that this will cause it to be delayed? I can't see why. I have a Nexus card for over 1 1/2 years so they can see that I have never overstayed and always respected my visits. ;)

Thanks again so much!!! ;) You are such a huge resource here!!! :) I appreciate YOU!!
