Today eCas notes Changed to " A Decision has Been Made, You will Be Contacted" I guess this is Other way to say Approval in Principle has been donde, I hope So, any Clues?

Well, today we Received 2 letters, Sponsorship Approval and Approval in Principle, I was Waiting for My Work Permit as well, they did not send it, I have to wait some more :) but Im Happy, I dont think ill have problems with background and Medical checks, And thank you for reading my messages its really helpful to talk with some else than your partner about this stressful process

I am not 100% sure but 'Decision Has Been Made' usually means you just need a landing interview, background and medical is all behind you now.
If in doubt give them a call.
