Question 1 Form 1344a

Should one check the box "To withdraw your sponsorship. All processing fees less $75 will be repaid." ? Just to be safe?

In case some reason they say I am ineligible. Would it be faster to reapply and use the refunded money vs an appeal. The appeal process makes me nervous as far as, the time it takes to process an appeal.

Someone please help. I'm trying to make as few errors as possible.

And I'm not trying to monopolize the threads. Just incase someone else will read the answers, it may be helpful to them.

Thanks again. I don't know what I would do without this forum.

1. Are you on welfare, have you sponsored a spouse in the past 3 years, have you defaulted on a previous sponsorship, are you in jail, are you an undischarged bankrupt?
2. If the answer is no, then there is no point of checking that box.

PMM
Nope, none of the above. Thank you, checking the other box.
