On the form I had to bring with me for my medical exam I put Buffalo as the visa office. I don't know if I should have put Mississauga as i'm filing outland. Is this going to be a huge issue for me? I'm not sure what I should do to fix this? Call the visa office in Buffalo??

Mississauga does the sponsorship part only
The DMP sends the results to the Regional Medical Centre that serves the region that the overseas visa office is in . . . so giving them the name of the overseas visa office was the right thing to do. Your medical results will be sent to the RMC in Ottawa, which serves all of North America (including results for inland aps) and Buffalo will request them from there when they're ready to review them. So don't worry, if you don't see "Medicals Received" indicated right away on eCAS, that your results were somehow misdirected after all. You won't see "Medicals Received" until after Buffalo requests and reviews the results.
