Hi,
I am working in Canada and applied for PR under FSW in February. Medicals are done.
I have few questions regarding CAIPS request.

1. Can I send CAIPS application by fax?
2. Do I have to send my VISA/ work permit copy by fax?
3. I am the primery applicant, do I have to request seperate CAIPS for my wife too?

1. Mailing is a better option (heard lot of complaints abt lost request when sending it by FAX) (thou mailing request might get lost too..lol)..
2. YES. to prove that YOU are eligible to apply..
3. No need for separate requests as the file is only one.. but attach a consent letter from your wife so that "all" info of your file is released.. without withholding your wife's info basen on privacy act.. etc..
