Hi,
we are PR and our daughter is US citizen and we are filing her sponsorship papers. Please help with the following questions.

1. Do I have to fill background declaration for my baby's application?
2. Medical Condition Statement (I guess it is for adopted childern, just confirming)

I believe background declarations are for folks age 18 & up so - sounds like no
The baby still has to have a medical exam (is that what you are asking?)
