What is the deal with my app being transfered to NYC? Does this mean that my application is going to take another 30 days before they take a look at it?

My timeline is close to yours, it was transferred for expediting, it is 2 weeks now and I am waiting (not so patiently). Most cases I have been tracking hear something from NYC within a month of the transfer. You can also view timelines on www.trackitt.com . Let me know what happens with yours. Good luck.

January 8, 2009- Approval for sponshorship, transferred to Buffalo
February 10, 2009 - Acknowledgement of receipt and processing starts in Buffalo
March 11, 2009 - File transferred to NYC visa office

I think it's a good thing that it was transfered! From what I've read here and on other forums app's that get transfered to NY are usually finished pretty quick!
